私たちの研究室では、有機化学と光化学を基盤に、新しい分子機能や反応の開拓に取り組んでいます。研究に誠実に向き合い、実験を通じて学ぶ姿勢を大切にする方を、全国の大学から広く歓迎します。

Our laboratory conducts research at the field of organic chemistry and photochemistry, aiming to discover new molecular functions and reactions. We warmly welcome students from universities worldwide who approach research with sincerity and a willingness to learn through hands-on experimentation.

研究室への進学に関心のある方や、配属を検討している応用化学科の学生を対象に、研究室見学や進学相談を通年で受け付けています（対面／オンラインいずれも可）。希望される方は、こちらのフォームからご連絡ください。

Joining as an Undergraduate Student

当研究室は、大阪大学工学部応用自然科学科応用化学科目に所属する学部4年生を配属として受け入れています。研究室への配属を希望する新4年生は、事前に研究室を見学し、スタッフとの面談を行うことを推奨しています。

We accept fourth-year undergraduate students assigned from the Applied Chemistry Program in the Department of Applied Natural Science, School of Engineering, Osaka University. Students who wish to be assigned to our lab are strongly encouraged to visit the lab and have an interview with the staff in advance.

博士前期課程学生として参加する

Joining as a Master’s Student

当研究室では、TA／RA制度、学内外の奨学金、企業との連携や共同研究の機会、英語でのプレゼンテーションや論文執筆の指導などを通じて、研究とキャリア形成を支援します。博士前期（＝修士）課程での受け入れは、大阪大学大学院工学研究科応用化学専攻の入試に基づいて行います，詳細はこちらの募集要項をご参照ください。手続きの流れは、事前相談 → 出願・受験 → 合否通知 → 受け入れ手続きとなります。少なくとも出願の半年前を目安にご連絡ください。

We support our master’s students through TA/RA positions, internal and external scholarships, opportunities for industry collaboration and joint research, as well as coaching in English presentations and scientific writing. Admission to the Master’s Program is through the entrance examination of the Department of Applied Chemistry, Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University. Please see the latest application guidelines for details. The general process is: preliminary consultation → application/exam → admission decision → enrollment procedures. Please contact us at least six months prior to the application deadline.

Joining as a Doctoral Student

博士後期課程では、独立した研究の推進、筆頭論文の執筆、プロジェクトの企画・運営、後輩の指導、国際的な情報発信が期待されます。当研究室では、学振DC応募支援、RA／TA、授業料免除、外部財団への申請支援などを行っています（いずれも採択は審査によります）。社会人博士や留学生も歓迎しており、日本語・英語のいずれでも研究を進められます。まずはオンライン面談でご相談ください。大阪大学大学院工学研究科応用化学専攻の入試に基づいて行いますので，詳細はこちらの募集要項をご参照ください。

Doctoral students are expected to pursue independent research, publish first-author papers, plan and manage projects, mentor junior students, and communicate their findings internationally. We provide support for JSPS DC fellowship applications, RA/TA positions, tuition waivers, and applications to private foundations (all subject to competitive review). Working professionals and international students are welcome, and research can be conducted in either Japanese or English. Admission is through the entrance examination of the Department of Applied Chemistry, Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University. Please see the latest application guidelines for details. An initial online meeting is recommended.

博士後期課程を目指す学生には、下記のフェローシップ制度への応募を積極的に支援しています。日本学術振興会特別研究員制度に加え、大阪大学次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラムにも応募が可能です。

We also actively support doctoral applicants in applying for fellowship programs, including the JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientists and Osaka University’s Next-Generation Fellowship Program.
